The purpose of the Blooming Prairie PTO is:
- to enhance and support the educational experience at Blooming Prairie Elementary School
- to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parental involvement
- to improve the environment at Blooming Prairie Elementary School through volunteer and financial support
